    We have openings for both English speaking and Bilingual-Spanish speaking Customer Service Representatives.


    What do Legacy’s Customer Service Reps do?  Customer Service Reps (CSRs), and every other Legacy employee, play a direct role in the ongoing success of the company. Our CSRs are a first point of contact at our company and the position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and create the foundation for a long career in the industry. We have openings for both English speaking and bilingual-Spanish speaking CSRs working 1st shift hours either Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday shifts.


    More specifically, CSRs will:

    • Respond to agent and policy holder inquiries regarding insurance policy status and billings
    • Review and validate policy documents in our system and follow up on information as needed
    • Meet pre-set productivity and quality goals as a part of our service team
    • Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned





    Successful CSRs have a high school diploma or equivalent with some prior customer service experience. CSRs have excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing), are computer savvy and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the office every day.  If you like working in an office where you can organize your space, manage your time and use good judgement, there’s a place for you here.


    Hours and Days:   Adjust work time and shifts to meet customer service needs for all operating states. (possible start time 8:30am or 9 AM). Monday - Friday 8 hour work day with 1 hour lunch.  We also offer a flex schedule that includes Tuesday - Saturday hours.
