    Junior level position working closely with the Quality Analyst to help create test cases, and accurately log test results and issues.Execute system/integration and user-acceptance test plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Executes system/integration and user-acceptance test plans
    • Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements
    • Create and execute functional test scripts and testing scenarios from business requirements
    • Participates in the development of quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans, and other QA assessments
    • Assist with the researching and monitoring of the resolution of bug fixes/ issues
    • Assist with orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
    • Participate in the development of strategies for improving or further leveraging existing systems

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
    • Personal lines insurance experience a plus. 
    • Demonstrated understand of the purpose, approach and deliverables of the test effort.
    • Must have strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification and resolution.
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills; thrives in high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proven ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality.
