    What do Legacy’s Customer Service Reps do?  Customer Service Reps (CSRs), and every other Legacy employee, play a direct role in the ongoing success of the company. Our CSRs are a first point of contact at our company and the position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and create the foundation for a long career in the industry. We have an opening for a Bilingual-Spanish speaking CSR to work Tuesday- Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to agent and policy holder inquiries regarding insurance policy status and billings
    • Review and validate policy documents in our system and follow up on information as needed
    • Meet pre-set productivity and quality goals as a part of our service team
    • Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
    • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    Successful CSRs have a high school diploma or equivalent with some prior customer service experience.  Must be Bilingual Spanish. Experience in the insurance industry is not required, but it is a plus.  CSRs have excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing), are computer savvy and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the office every day.  If you like working in an office where you can organize your space, manage your time and use good judgement, there’s a place for you here.
