Are you a Sales professional that is motivated by achieving measurable results?


We are seeking a talented, experienced in personal auto insurance and team oriented individual with a successful track record to oversee our Sales/Marketing Business Unit. This position reports directly to the Executive VP and will have regular interaction with Senior Management. The selected candidate will be instrumental in building a strong brand and a strategic plan for achieving the Company’s long-term objectives.

  • Responsible for Company production, profit and UW quality goals.
  • Oversees recruiting, training and development of Marketing professionals.
  • Analyzes data trends and provides product and sales performance improvement recommendations to management and peer-level business associates.
  • Researches competitor intelligence and regularly collaborates with UW and pricing teams.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning and buget for business unit. 
  • Excellent communication to work effectively with all business units.
  • Assists management in developing incentives for producers and monitoring results.
  • Participates in the development of marketing bonus programs and track results.
  • Up to 30% travel in & out of state. (AZ, CA, CO)
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelors degree in business/marketing.
  • 7 or more years of multi-state personal automobile insurance sale experience.
  • 5+ years in a direct management capacity.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and extract pertinent information.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency using Microsoft Office software. (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to train and provide light tech support of our Internet based technologies to independent agencies.
  • Willing and able to travel (including overnight travel) for extended periods of time as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong underwriting background.
